Raising awareness is at the heart of my work with leaders. With increased self-awareness, leaders become more aware of other people and the world around them. They can better navigate challenges and achieve their goals by building trust and engagement around a common purpose.

In my work, I draw upon my business acumen and leadership experience, together with my coaching and facilitation skills, to support my clients in reaching their goals and their full potential.

I´m a former CEO, entrepreneur, and chairman of board of directors, with more than 20 years of international leadership experience in investment banking and technology sector where I have developed leadership teams and built businesses around strong purpose, values and culture.

After my corporate career, my strong interest in personal development and spirituality led me on to a path of leadership development and coaching.

I hold a degree in Economics from University of Iceland and MBA degree from Norwegian School of Economics. I’m Certified facilitator of Transformation by Aberkyn, and have certification in Transformational Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

I’m an international citizen, half Icelandic – half Norwegian, currently living in Amsterdam and Reykjavik. I love spending time with my adult children, friends, and family. I thrive in nature, I love outdoor sports such as hiking, biking, skiing, fly-fishing, and golfing. Despite being quite active I also like to slow down through my yoga and mindfulness practices.
