For me there is nothing more fulfilling than working with passionate leaders who are eager to master the art and science of superior leadership; who are self–aware enough to embrace their leadership gifts while remaining open to growth opportunities that can ultimately change the way they think about the business and people.

I bring 20 years of global leadership experience and 5 years of study to learn the tools and effective techniques needed to make an impact. I continue to learn with every coaching client, as we embark on an intensely personal journey of self–discovery and development.

I am known for building trust quickly in the coaching relationship and work with clients to break with life–long thought/behavior patterns that don’t serve them well. The breakthrough moments are liberating experiences that ultimately pave the way for more insightful and impactful outcomes.

My Bachelor of Arts was completed at Auckland University in New Zealand, I double majored in Psychology (Organization Psychology) and Italian. I am also licensed in MBTI, DiSC, Belbin, TRACOM Social Style and Versatility, and Saville & Holdsworth assessment tools.

I have been married to Jonathan for 19 years and have two children, Matteo (10) and Sophia (5). I have developed a passion for world travel and continue to indulge this passion professionally and personally.
