I believe everyone has the ability to transform their thinking and moral judgments through self–consciousness. Open and authentic communication enables us to listen to each other with respect, resolve conflicts, and empower each other. My goal is to make a relevant contribution to the full potential of individuals, teams, and organizations. My approach is positive, direct, and results driven.
After obtaining my law degree in 1987, I worked as an investment banker in Amsterdam and New York. My professional career paused for a few years when I became a full–time mother of four children. Afterwards I started my own recruitment business, then a coaching and facilitation business. I have since coached many individuals in corporate organizations, facilitated team coaching and communication training.
My husband and I have three daughters and one son. We love travelling, especially to Hungary, where the nature is pure and the music is passionate. I also enjoy playing piano, reading, and tennis.
