As a systems worker, coach and facilitator, I helped leaders to thrive professionally and personally, living more fully and transforming the relationship that matter most in their lives. Over the last 16 years, I served my clients in different geographies industries including, IT and Telecom, Finance and Banking, Retail, Pharma , FMCG. My particular expertise is leadership and team development. My passion is more around the female leadership development and empowerment.

I come to the coaching and leadership development area with a strong background in corporate environment. More than a decade I worked in a multinational company and hold several positions including sales and marketing management.

I live in Istanbul with my husband and my two children. They are center of my life and big contributor of who I am today. I love to maintain a strong connection with earth–based and cosmological systems. I love nature and I believe every walk in nature one receives far more than he seeks.
