I am deeply committed elevating human consciousness sand especially passionate about supporting women leaders to strengthen their presence expand their influence and create meaningful impact in their environments. Over the last 20 years, I have served my clients in different geographies industries including IT and Telecom, Finance, Banking, Retail, Pharma, FMCG. My expertise is leadership and team development.

I bring a solid corporate foundation to my work in coaching and leadership development. For more than a decade, I worked within a multinational organization including roles as Sales Director, I led high-preforming teams, drove commercial results and developed talents across diverse markets.

I live in Istanbul with my husband and my two children. They are center of my life and big contributor to who I am today. I love nature and I believe every walk in nature one receives far more than he seeks.
