My mission is to support leaders in operating from their essence and enabling leadership in service of creating a world that works for everyone.

I believe that a mere focus on changing behavior does not cause transformation or a sustainable shift in a person’s life. The source of one’s behavior is wired into mind sets, body sets and fixed emotional molds which denies access to one’s essence. I work on these aspects and creating conditions that enable people to experience a deep transformation and connection with their essence.

In recent times my focus has been on facilitating Top Team Alignment, Group Transformation and Executive Coaching at the Board, CXO, senior and high potential manager levels across various sectors in India and the world over. In over 17 years of facilitation and about 2500 hours of coaching, I have had the privilege of touching lives of leaders in 15 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and America.

My formal education involved an Engineering Degree and an MBA which was the normal route taken by anyone who wanted to ‘to do well’ in life in India. I worked in several challenging Sales and Marketing assignments in MNCs and Indian organizations post my MBA.

I have studied coaching with Newfield Network and obtained my Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from ICF and a Certification for the U–Process from the Presencing Institute–MIT. The U–Process is a mindfulness based transformation technology. Somatics, Mindfulness ,Ontological Leadership, Nonviolent Communication are also areas I have been trained on which I continue to integrate in my work.

I am a voracious reader and love spending time with my family, listening to music and singing. I write poetry which allows me to creatively express the experiences I go through.

I live in Mumbai with my father Suresh and wife Shally. My daughter is currently based in London.
