My life mission is to help as many people and organizations as possible in achieving their mission. I want people to smile while they transform towards their personal and/or organizational mission.

I have supported thousands of people and organizations to become more effective throughout the years and have been the co-author of two books on personal development and leadership.

Working as a leader, consultant, executive coach and psychotherapists for the last 30 years I have learned, that if we dare to face our underlying believes and values, we are creating the best conditions for sustainable change, growth and transformation.

Since I am Danish, and still live here, I have been heavily influenced by the Scandinavian way of leadership. On the other hand. Having worked globally for some of the largest organizations in the world as well as living in Germany for 2 years, taught me how to create synergy between the best from our various cultures. The gift often lies in our differences.

I live north of Copenhagen in a small town called Hillerod together with Lise. We have 4 boys all together. Privileged by having the beautiful nature just outside my door, I often enjoy the challenges of the local Mountain Bike trails. I love the long walks with my hunting Dog Arco, and in the summer I relax by using the force of nature on our sailing boat to move around in Denmark.
