I am a coach / facilitator / transformation enabler. My work is to support the great evolution of individuals, organizations and systems.

I grew up in China. Since I was a child, I always valued communities and loved to engage & connect the communities. After I graduated with MBA from the University of Gorgia in the US, I started my career in organization and talent development. In the past 20+ years, I worked in varied roles: consultant, corporate leader, and now designer/coach/facilitator; all roles toward the same goal: enabling transformation for leaders, organizations and systems.

Clients often describe me as someone they trust, someone who genuinely appreciate who they are, and someone who firmly call them into who they are becoming.

I joined Aberkyn in 2019 because I love these people and share the same purpose. I’m also a proud member of Co-active Training Institute. It brings me such joy to work with my colleagues, partners and clients. The journey is long and challenging, but I always find hope in the process.

I live in Shanghai with my lovely family: my husband Michael, and our two kids, Daniel and Elena, who have all been constantly teaching me about human potential and human relationship.
