I am an advisor and coach to clients that are on the journey of transformational change – either on an individual, team or organizational level. I enjoy working with leaders at all levels of the organization and across various sectors combining my business knowledge with coaching and facilitation skills.

This has been my passion for the past 15 years. I am a German American citizen who has lived and worked worldwide as a consultant and an HR professional. As such I bridge the strategic and emotional side of individuals, teams and organizations while bringing my whole being to serve my clients. My clients value my ability to combine playfulness, warmth and courage with results orientation to achieve realistic impact.

I am an ICF-accredited Coach educated at Newfield, trained in NLP and also certified in MBTI and LCP.

I live with my partner, young daughter and little dog happily in Duesseldorf where we moved to in 2021 after 10 years in New York City. My educational background is in International Business (MBA from the University in Jena/Germany) and in Economic Development/Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (MPA from Columbia University in New York/USA). In my free time, I am passionate about travelling and exposing my family to diverse cultures and environments.
