I offer expertise in the emerging field of “Evolutionary leadership and wellbeing’. I consider my role as a ‘wisdom partner’ masterfully integrating streams of science with ancient wisdom teachings into practical strategies for wellbeing , engagement and impact.

I personally transformed from being a medical doctor treating illness to a wellbeing facilitator healing the whole person and a transformational coach actualizing potential. I facilitate ‘mind-body-spirit alignment’ interventions for individuals and teams ’.

My experience encompasses organizational health, resilience, leadership, culture, and change management. I specialize in Leadership coaching (>2500 hours of coaching offered) and facilitation well suited in VUCA climate for stress transformation by anchoring in fundamentals of wellbeing and resilience.  I am called to create a culture of flourishing across organizations at scale.

I consider both my amazing kids, Aastha and Rishi as my principal mentors. I am guided by my values of Wholeness, Compassion and Innovation. I trust it’s a benevolent universe transforming us to honor our collective yearning for creation and connection.
