I have a passion for human behavior and to assist people to become the best version of themselves. Over the years I have developed this passion into a professional career through which I design, deliver and advise on Leadership programs for individuals, teams and organizations. This career has taken me to many countries in the world where I have been meeting and working with people from different cultures.

I am a management consultant and facilitator with almost 20 years of experience in Transformational Leadership Development and Organizational Culture change. I combine this expertise with the experience of having served a political role as MEC in the government in Amsterdam.

My combined expertise and experience in management consulting and serving as a politician offers a fresh approach to Leadership Development in the public sector. In understanding the essence of the political nuances and intentions and the translation of those into the administrative culture I can be a trusted advisor to both the policy makers and executive administrative level.

I live inter-changeably in Amsterdam and Johannesburg with my partner Anastasia. I see the greatness in every human being and love to play a role in letting that EMERGE for humanity. I like to travel, cook, play tennis, kickbox and enjoy being in nature with my canine friend Floris.
