I’m passionate about working with people and organizations to co-design and implement journeys that transform lives, businesses, society, and our planet.

For 15 years, I built a corporate career as an executive in engineering within an international corporation, serving the power generation, desalination, chemical, and water resources sectors. I then transitioned into my true calling as a facilitator of transformation, senior consultant, and advisor—partnering with clients across banking, insurance, food, services, retail, sports, hospitality, automotive, pharmaceutical, and clothing industries.

I believe diversity is foundational, and that integrative approaches combining multiple disciplines create the most sustainable and effective outcomes. I hold certifications and training in adaptive and inclusive leadership, neuroscience, mindset development (LCP®-CLA®),  meditation, and wilderness trail facilitation, among others.

Based in Madrid with my partner and our dog, I travel often to visit family in Castilla-La Mancha. I love nature, travelling, exploring new cultures, and discovering art in all its forms. Each day, I dedicate time to nurturing my body, mind, and spirit.
