I am a facilitator of Leadership and Organization Development. Unfolding human potential is my purpose. I partner individuals and organizations in their journeys of transformation.

I believe in the holistic personal transformation of leaders who in turn drive organizational transformation by bringing its core ideology, strategic intent and culture in a perfect alignment. I bring a unique combination of skills like applied behavioral science, process psychology and coaching that facilitate leader’s personal transformation. Coupled with my qualification in strategy and innovation helps me create a unique blend that always delivers results. Through my skills I love to serve organizations and their people.

Teaching and interacting with curious minds give me great joy. I dedicate nearly 20 days each year teaching Organization Development related subjects in India’s top B schools.

I live in Pune, India with my wife and two kids. Playing with my kids energises me. In my leisure time, I read books on spirituality and leadership or listen to music. I love architectural photography and my dream is to travel the world to take pictures.
