I am an executive & systemic coach and advisor to clients that wish to gain awareness, discover their unlimited potential and evolve their corporate culture.

Talent development and coaching has been my passion and focus for the last 14 years. I currently live in Spain after living for a total of 22 years in the US, mainly in NYC which I still call home.

Most of my career has been in the corporate world in large financial institutions where I held senior positions in trading, credit and market risk, finance, technology platform development and Human Resources. I have also been a hedge fund manager and worked at the UNDP in NY. I am part of the board of directors in a venture builder and a leadership professor at several universities’ corporate programs.

My passion is to help my clients gain self awareness by exploring what they need to do to be fulfilled and discover their unlimited potential. I also love to get to know a new team and identify the unique issues that need to be unlocked for them to become more effective and tap into their collective intelligence.

I live joyfully with my family in Madrid, Spain. I have strong roots in New York and the US. I get a lot of energy from my work and from hiking and spending time in nature with my husband and my 15 yrs old twin girls.
