I am an Executive and Organization and Relationship Systems coach  and a facilitator. I serve many corporate clients from different industries and cultures. I am designing and leading transformational team and leadership development programs  to improve the capacity, culture and effectiveness of leaders, teams and organizations.

I am passionate to work with corporates and evoke passion in leaders and teams to transform and reach their highest potential so that they reach their goals and serve to the whole system.

I believe in the power of co–creation. Clients often describe me as having a natural power to create trust and intimacy which enable them to have deeper relationships with themselves and their teams.

After graduating with BA in Business Administration at Middle East Technical University and MSc in International Banking and Finance at Southampton University, I spent most of my corporate career in banking and finance. I worked at top executive positions for multinational financial institutions. I had valuable experiences in decision making, stress management, team dynamics, dealing with highly changing conditions and organizational culture transformation. Being a former trader and chief executive officer, especially during the times of financial crises, grew me as a leader and a team player.

I have a passion to learn and grow as a coach. I have many global certifications from International Coach Federation, Coaches Training Institute, Gestalt Coaching Center, Center for Right Relationships and Leadership Circle Profile.

I live in İstanbul with my husband and son. I love to read books about  leadership development and team management. I love sailing and I enjoy spending time in the nature. I feel at my best when I am connected to people and when there is openness and warmth in relationships.
