Individuals already contain the wisdom and capability to fulfill their aspirations. My work as a coach is to help them to further discover their path to leadership, and to inspire others to follow them. I facilitate their self–awareness, and help them apply it in service of their teams and organizations.
I spent 20 years in various roles in finance, management consulting and the software industry in Europe and the US before transitioning into executive coaching and leadership development. I studied Modern Languages at Oxford University, and earned my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. I am a certified coach, and trained in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Survey assessment tools.
I live with my wife and youngest daughter (of three children) and two chocolate Labradors in Berkeley, California. My interests are eclectic and vary over time – and I always return to writing, cooking, and trying new ways of staying in shape.
