My purpose is to grow and enable others to grow to their fullest leadership potential to lead a joyful, fulfilled life. I do this through the work of leadership development facilitation and coaching. I enjoy designing creative learning experiences and enabling my clients to shift from awareness to actions. I am an ICF certified coach and an assessor for Hogan, DISC and Leadership Circle. I have been associated with McKinsey &Co for ten years as a facilitator and have enjoyed my journey immensely.

I have been working for the past 25 years, mostly in India and Asia. I started my career in Corporate Banking, was the General Manager for an international training firm before finding my niche as an independent consultant. I am passionate about diversity and gender equality. I founded GLOW–Growing Leadership of Women, which works with women leaders, entrepreneurs and students to enable and equip them for success. I support the higher education of girls through our family non– profit, “My Daughter is Precious”.

Writing for me is a creative pursuit and another way to inspire others. I have published two novels and many articles in leading publications. I am a yoga enthusiast and love being with nature. I travel often and enjoy learning about new cultures and countries. I live with my husband and teenage daughter in Gurgaon, India.
