I am known by clients for my ability to provoke transformative shifts in individuals, teams and organizations. I am passionate about systemic facilitation of senior teams, designing and facilitating leadership development and orchestrating alignment, culture change and innovation processes across historical divides between, and within, organizations.

I have led global leadership programs with a number of FTSE–100 clients, with a bias for experiential and transformative work that is integral to strategic and culture change. I also have a background in cross–sectoral innovation processes around “stuck” societal challenges. I have a keen interest in “next stage” organizations – more agile, responsive & purpose–led.

I am a passionate South African who lived in the UK for 12 years. I now live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but travel worldwide for client work. I seek to juggle frequent client travel with my dedicated role as a father of a 5–year old.
