As an Industrial Engineer and a master’s in human resources management, I had a 20+ years career in P&G in several countries and organizations in LATAM. I have dedicated the last 5 as an ontological coach and a consultant helping several industries in culture, talent, and leadership transformations, particularly from an adaptive perspective understanding mindsets shifts needed in current VUCA environments. I’m particularly concerned on diversity and female leadership development, being an active mentor in several women organizations (Comunidad Mujer, IPWA Chile).

I’m a Colombian native and after a couple of decades of global nomads we have settled in Santiago, Chile with my husband and younger child, the older in College in the US. We love Santiago’s urban setting being passionate for culture, music, and theater which I amateur practiced as part of the Bogota Community Players. Today I’m an advocate for using mindfulness in education, leading a parent mindful community in our children’s School.
