I am passionate about human potential. As a facilitator, leadership coach, and organizational consultant, I focus my work around designing and facilitating cultural transformation programs, developing high performing teams, and coaching.
I enjoy creating a safe space for leaders to develop self–awareness and presence, and to expand their range of possibilities for action to achieve the results they wish to create.
I have a corporate background mainly within a multinational transportation organization, holding various leadership roles in Human Resources management, organizational transformation, and Lean Six Sigma. I have a master’s degree in human resources management.
In 2005, while playing a key role leading a cultural transformation in an international aerospace organization, I was inspired to dedicate myself to this work. As a certified GBA McKinsey facilitator of transformation and graduate of the Newfield Ontological coaching program, I became an independent consultant working with individuals and teams in small start–ups and large organizations across countries and cultures.
Originally from Montreal, Quebec in Canada, I now live with my husband Des and two children in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. I love to read, meditate, exercise, ski, hike, travel, and eat great food. I also love to explore different pathways to personal and organizational transformation.
