I design and facilitate highly transformative and impactful leadership development, team effectiveness and organizational culture change engagements, contributing to the evolution of future-fit organizations that can thrive in complexity. I co-founded, built and led Aberkyn’s Middle East hub 2015-2019 then moved back to the UK to co-lead the UK hub. In 2023 I chose to step away to work more freely and I continue to work with McKinsey and clients across EMEA as a Senior Aberkyn Affiliate.
I bring both a personal and systemic approach to evolve the complexity fitness of leaders and teams as I partner with them to co-create conditions for the whole system to evolve, flourish and deliver extraordinary value for all stakeholders. Clients particularly appreciate my the blend of head, heart and intuition I bring and how I create trust, balancing compasssionate support with constructive challenge to unlock greater levels of awareness, choice and creativity.
Before Aberkyn I spent 12+ years in leadership roles in the tech and telecoms sector where I experienced the reality of M&A organizational, leadership and culture transformations. In 2009, a profound personal experience led to me leave corporate employment to fulfil my true purpose of evolving human and organisational performance and health. I hold a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University and a wealth of further education in the fields of human performance, leadership development, systemic team coaching and organisational culture change.
I live on the south coast of England with my wife, son and dog. I loves to swim in the sea all year round and spend time in nature. I practice energy medicine, breathwork and meditation. I also love to play and watch sport, rugby, football, tennis and snooker. I enjoy good food, wine and travel and am always drawn to new experiences.
