I am speaker, publisher, coach and advisor to clients that wish to realize transformational change by tapping into the diversity of their talent.

This is and has been my passion and vocation of the last 30 years. I grew up in South Africa, have lived and worked world wide and now work side–by–side with organizations and nations to realize their purpose through the leadership of diverse talent. I also work closely with a number of leading Business Schools to develop leaders of the future who are confident as diversity leaders and understand the levers of diversity performance and how they can create an environment to unleash the benefits of diversity throughout the organization. I contribute as facilitator to the discipline of Centered Leadership.

I live joyfully with my family in Loosdrecht, The Netherlands. I have strong roots in South Africa. I care deeply for women and children in afflicted areas and am Vice Chair to a global NGO focused on fragile countries.
