I believe that we grow as leaders and develop as individuals when we deeply connect with our purpose and with others. Through my work as a facilitator and coach I create opportunities for my clients to do so.
I am passionate about helping business leaders to think courageously about their challenges and translate their insights into actions. In my workshops I create safe spaces for open dialogue and personal insights with a focus on shifting mind–sets and behaviour change. I also work with larger groups and help them to spend time together in a meaningful way, foster engagement and create alignment.
I started my career as a lawyer in Germany, specialised in Employment Law and litigation. After seven years of working in the field of law I received an MSc in Business Psychology (Distinct.) from the University of Westminster in London. I am also a qualified Business and Personal Coach and an accredited Facilitator of Transformation through Values.
Over the past 15 years I have worked with corporate clients from a range of industries (including professional services firms, IT, Pharma and Manufacturing) as well as the third sector. My clients appreciate the structure I provide and the joyful energy and deep compassion I bring to my work.
I live with my husband Thomas and our two children (aged 5 and 10) just outside South–West London where we enjoy cooking for friends and family and exploring the nature that surrounds us. When I am not working or spending time with my family you will find me reading or practicing Pilates and yoga.
