I engage people in workshops, using an explorative style that shies away from nothing to provoke thought and create fresh insight. I encourage and use humour to make the process of learning, exploration, and insight feel light and easy.

During the diagnostic stage, I explore and ask a lot of questions to understand the client’s context and their objectives.

I conceptualized and delivered learning strategy as head of L&D in a large American bank that established operations in India, and a large international bank. I have also worked with large IT firms in India.

In 2008 I started out as an independent consultant in what was essentially a leap of faith. In the 10 years since, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, and am a facilitator for a firm known globally for a proprietary leadership model. In 2010 I joined McKinsey’s global team of leadership facilitators.

I received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Bharatiar University, India, in 1988.

I am also an accredited MBTI practitioner, certified as a coach by Results Coaching Systems, and certified on Hogan Assessments, Harrison Assessments, and Pearson Critical Thinking Assessment.

I’m deeply interested in neuroscience, critical thinking and decision making, cosmology, and evolution, and read widely on these areas.
