For over a decade, I’ve specialized in leadership development, organizational change, team effectiveness, and executive coaching. My 12 years in corporate marketing and business development, leading teams across national and multinational companies, ground my work in the real challenges leaders face daily.

Clients describe me as passionate, energetic, and deeply committed—qualities that create the trust and safety necessary for genuine transformation. I also train coaches in the Co-Active model through CTI, blending facilitation with developing future change agents.

Originally from Argentina and now based in Barcelona, I’m a dedicated practitioner of yoga philosophy and an active learner. I find my medicine in nature and believe in savoring life fully—whether traveling to experience different cultures or gathering loved ones around an Argentinean barbecue.
