My focus is on corporate cultural transformation. I bring to life corporate values in business practices, and promote ethical excellence in governance, leadership, decision–making, and management.
I hold an MA in urban planning from Queen’s University of Kingston and Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela, and a masters of divinity degree from the University of Toronto.
Prior to my work as a change leadership specialist, I was Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Marketing at CIBC, where I held a range of positions in distribution network planning, channel management, customer segmentation and marketing.
I am co–author, with Carol Faull and the Centre for Ethical Orientation, of a study on the state and relevance of trust relating to culture, values and stakeholder relationships.
