I spent 17 years in the Training, Facilitation and Coaching industry primarily in Indonesia working for a large number of organizations – of which many McKinsey clients – supporting them and their management teams in driving personal and business transformation. As head of the Sales and Marketing Department for The Works Partnership in Jakarta I led the introduction and massive growth of the business as well as becoming certified to deliver the organizations Leadership Program and high level experiential learning processes for groups of between 20 and 60.

I am fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. I am a certified NLP Business Practitioner, a Graduate of the Newfield Coaching Program (ICF Certified), accredited by Blessing and White to deliver their program ‘Why Should Anyone Be Led By You?”.

I am passionate about empowering my fellow Indonesian’s to grow and develop and learn to be the best they can and achieve their full potential. As a certified Yoga instructor, I enjoy teaching Yoga to my colleagues and friends. I have 3 grown up children and take enormous pride in my two young grandsons who teach me something new everyday.
