“People can grow irrespective of age” which proved by brain’s plasticity. It is important to find our intrinsic motivation which will be the driver to go beyond comfort zone.

With over two decades of experience in assessing and developing leaders of an organization including CEO succession, Board Assessment, Leadership Assessment for Post-Merger Integration, and Onboarding, my focus has been on how to grow as leaders in the real and tough environment. My professional passion has been to give insights on the brakes put on themselves while leveraging the resources they have.
Since I became independent in 2016, my focus has been executive coaching and facilitation of leadership related workshops where I have been helping people or a team to grow as leaders.

I live with my family in Tokyo, Japan. Previously, I have lived in the US for 5 years, Dublin, Ireland for 3 years, and London for 1 year. Besides coaching, my passion is playing soccer, where I play at the senior league in Tokyo.
