My purpose is to help people connect with their true essence and realize their full potential so that they can lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to their organizations and communities.

I achieve this by designing and facilitating workshops for leaders, coaching executives, and leading development journeys for teams.

I enjoy designing and conducting profound and engaging learning experiences by combining various sources of knowledge in a creative way. I come to learn from my clients that they appreciate my sincerity, candor, and the sense of safety I create for them in our interactions.

I hold a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Rennes in France. I am a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF and have been certified by a number of coaching schools.

I live in Cairo with my wife Mariam and my daughter Laila and my son Hassan is currently studying in Europe. Outside the work and family domains I support young entrepreneurs and university students in pursuing their careers and personal dreams. I am currently working on my first book and I am also the President of the ICF Chapter in Egypt.
