My work focuses on coaching people on their individual journeys. I enable individuals to re–connect with their purpose, passion and destiny, which allows them to leave behind old mindsets, framed concepts and limiting beliefs – freeing their inner quality, drive, energy and professional performance. I have worked with a wide range of people from board members, managers to young professionals.

In a team context I help leaders to build strong teams around shared vision, purpose and aspirations – leaving behind the past and reaching new levels of collaboration, drive and creativity. My goal: collaboration that transforms.

Currently I am designing a new Leadership Development Program, combining innovation sparking processes like Design Thinking with classical Leadership Journey work, empowering the participants to implement.

Coaching and Consulting is a central theme of my life. Already during my years at university I helped small and larger companies to understand their invest opportunities in the emerging Eastern European countries after the end of the iron divide. The first five years of my career were with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich and London, being one of the international recruiters for top business schools. Then I joined The Boston Consulting Group as Director Marketing & Communications building their marketing capabilities. In 2005, I moved to Berlin and worked with spiritual teachers on personal development and soul purpose issues, wrote books, and then I started my own practice. I hold a Dipl.–Kfm. degree of the Universität Regensburg and participated in Executive Courses at Harvard, INSEAD and Cambridge.

Living with my partner in Berlin means for me enjoying the buzzing cosmopolitan vibe, the creativity and innovation driving forces found in the art, culture and start–up communities as diversity experienced day to day. I love bringing people together, fostering the subtle growth of new collaborations or inspirational and visionary meetings. I enjoy swimming, meditation, skiing and flying to different parts of the world, reaching out to different cultures.
