My purpose is to shape organizations by enabling people to fully realize their potential and find meaning through their work. A person spends an average of 80,000 hours working in a lifetime – my aspiration is to improve the lives of individuals by making this significant amount of time not only effective, but also inspiring and meaningful.

With this purpose in my mind and in my heart, I support major corporations on large-scale transformational change, talent management, organizational design, and HR transformation programs. In the last 15+ years, I have been advising companies across several industries, including Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, and Chemicals.

I was lucky to experience different cultures and to work across three continents. I started my career in Italy, I worked and lived in Australia for five years, in the United States, and since 2018 I have been living and working in Switzerland (Zurich). I hold a MSc degree in “Organizational Sciences and IT Systems” from Bocconi University, where I also worked as a researcher. In my spare time I like to hike, paint, and cook for my dear ones.
