With more than two decades of international leadership in the IT industry, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through meaningful transformation. My journey has taken me from leading Sales and Services teams to serving as Head of Consulting Services EMEA, and today, as Senior Affiliate Advisor at Aberkyn, I accompany leaders in unlocking their potential by finding the right balance between challenging and supporting them.

I work with executives stepping into new roles, adapting to post-merger cultures, and striving to create high-performing teams. My approach blends assertiveness with care – holding clients accountable while providing a safe space for open and honest dialogue. Every engagement is both a challenge and an invitation to grow.

Founding Alchymia Essential Transformation deepened my belief in the importance of a conscious and bio-inspired leadership. Nature is my teacher. As a faculty leader at Leadership Circle in Europe, I deepen my experience of Conscious Leadership development.

Clients value my multicultural perspective, honed through years of working across diverse geographies and industries. I have accompanied leaders navigating global responsibilities, cross-border moves, and complex organizational changes, always with the goal of embedding sustainable cultural shifts.

While my work is my calling, life outside the professional sphere fuels my energy and creativity. Based in Madrid, I treasure time in Nature and on the golf course, often with my family and close friends. My two children continuously challenge me to expand my own comfort zone – and remind me that leadership is as much about listening as it is about guiding
