Unblocking and unlocking organizations and individuals to their full potential and act from positive mindset is what I am truly passionate about.
With close to two decades of experience in developing leaders and organization design I’m part of the Aberkyn Asia Leadership.
I started my career in the diplomatic and anthropological field, and built a muscle in critical thinking and conflict mediation. After this I spent years in the legal industry in human resources, both as consultant and in–house. I don’t hesitate to ask real questions about purpose, wishes and goals while keeping ‘sometimes all you need is a feather to hit the nail on the head’ in mind. “Be brave, curious and humble” is my personal motto.
Before obtaining my Masters of Science from Oxford University in Sociology (specializingin CSR), I received my Bachelor degree from Utrecht University in International Studies and Law where I development my deep love for anthropology and indigenous leadership. I also graduated with distinction from INSEAD Business School in Change Management (Organisational Psychology) with a focus on Leadership Derailment. Beside continuous learning, I am certified in mbti, facet5 and am executive coach registered with ICF, to which I served on the board for Hong Kong Chapter (2016–2017)
I live with my husband Guy, and our four young children in Singapore. Mountaineering and being out in nature with my family has my passion and is where I recharge. Having been in Asia for a significant number of years has allowed me to sink in the local culture and I developed a love for the local cuisine, Bagua and Tai Chi.
