Born and raised in France, I have lived most of my working life in Asia and I have been a business executive for more than 30 years.
I have been a partner at McKinsey & Company and at global executive search firm Spencer Stuart where I led the Asia-Pacific Financial Services Practice. I then founded my own leadership advisory firm which I recently sold. I have now returned to McKinsey to lead Aberkyn in Southeast Asia.
Clients work with me because I connect with them as a peer, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to look deep within and remember what their true essence is. It is often difficult for accomplished individuals to find a coaching partner who can simultaneously understand what life is like at their level of seniority yet challenges them to explore a new world of possibilities.
Over the years, I have helped active and retired CEOs, family owners, former government ministers, partners of consulting firms, and plenty of successful senior executives with some of their most challenging career development and transitions. I also work with top teams to bring them to higher levels of trust, alignment, and operating effectiveness.
Many clients have joined me on retreats to disconnect, reflect, and give purpose to the next phase of their life.
I hold an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris. I am also a certified Integral Coach, a certified Organizational Coach, a certified Yoga Teacher, and I am trained to use several leading psychometric tools such as Hogan, Predictive Index, and Enneagram.
Finally, I am the author of the book “The Art of Retreats: A Leader’s Journey Toward Clarity, Balance, and Purpose” which was published in February 2022.
