It’s my passion to encourage and support leaders and teams in their development and in shaping their (working) environment positively. Personal awareness is the basis for positive change. My intent is to helping overcome alleged obstacles and blockages so that they can serve others around them, their organization and the wider environment effectively, beneficially and sustainably.

After my career in the corporate world, I started to work as an independent consultant and I have supported teams and individuals with their transformations. I love to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds and I consider myself a cultural catalyst. Clients appreciate my energy, my warmth and my ability to create space, safety and trust easily which allows for transformational shifts to happen and for great results to be achieved.

I hold a MA in Social- & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York and an Executive Coaching Accreditation from Ashridge Business School in Hertfordshire, London.

Today, I live in Zürich, Switzerland, together with my husband. Dancing, travelling, gyrotonic, hiking in the mountains, good food and spending time with family and friends is very important for me and that’s where I can recharge my batteries.
