Designing and guiding transformational programs on personal, team, and organizational levels is the core of my work. Working with clients to increase consciousness to create leapfrog results is my source of inspiration.
Inviting people to explore the not–yet–known and opening the doors to real renewal is the key to my way of working. Ease of presence and using state–of–the art practices are often mentioned as key characteristics of my contribution.
Participative strategy development, organizational innovation, and implementation & change have been the three focal topics of my work at the Strategy Center of Nyenrode Business University in The Netherlands since 1996. The topic of my Ph.D. research is “Synchronicity as an Organizational Principle”.
In addition, I have more than 20 years of consulting experience, working with over 60 organizations in a broad variety of sectors to enhance their ways of operating. For five years, I co–led a consultancy firm with over 300 employees specialized in change management. In 2009, I founded Touching the Community Soul, an action learning and action research program that explores what emerges out of the crises of these times.
I obtained a BBA and an International MBA degree at Nyenrode Business University. Besides the mental and conceptual work at the university and a leadership course at MIT, I was trained as a professional coach/therapist and explored the invisible side to our work through e.g. intuitive skill development, working with energies, alchemy of leadership/taoist leadership, and group/systems dynamics.
My wife Madelon and I enjoy supporting our three children in fully exploring and enjoying their paths in life.
