I manage Aberkyn’s Americas Hub, which includes leading operations, staffing facilitators/ coaches and serving as a project manager for large-scale transformation projects at our clients.

I am a seasoned learning, leadership and organizational development professional as well as a certified coach. In my 20+ years with McKinsey/ Aberkyn, I’ve been tirelessly dedicated to supporting Firm members, Affiliates and clients on their personal and professional journeys. I am passionate about authentic connections and bringing humanity to work in order to positively impact individuals, organizations and society as a whole.

I live in the multi-cultural and socially-minded city of Washington, DC. I love exploring the world through hiking, travel, food and humor. I am active in mindfulness and volunteer communities and I practice Pilates Reformer.
