My background in strategy, organization development, executive coaching, and sustainability consulting helps me blend intuition and presence with strategic business and organizational acumen. I assist clients to establish their current personal or organizational position and then design and step into a new one—unlocking creativity, gumption and heart along the way. This includes forays into mindsets, behaviors, values, needs and goals.

In the last five years, my husband, son and I experienced living in the Netherlands, an extended van trip around Europe, and a Hawaiian sabbatical. We have settled recently in Petaluma, California, the chicken capital of the world, and my home town.
