I am a Leadership Coach & Facilitator with a Heart for People, Potential, Growth & Inner Change. Having more than 27 years of corporate experiences; 20 years of which were in 7 Global & Regional Banking, Finance & Consulting organizations with senior management experiences prior to my current role.

The corporate expertise was mainly garnered in ASEAN region. Areas of expertise are in Business Modelling, Strategic Planning & Execution, Financial Management, Business Acquisition, Relationship Management, Credit & Risk Management, Branding & Marketing, Partners’ Collaboration, and Project Management Office.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Montana, USA. Currently, am a Certified Coach accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Practitioner with the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

I focus in Leadership Development & Executive Coaching with senior executives and teams to advocate the importance of Character-based Leadership. The programs prioritise Self, Team & Organizational Leadership across every aspects of Life.

I would combine strong strategic thinking & commercial business acumen with character-based values to help leaders gain greater self-awareness; enhanced perspectives, achieve breakthroughs in mind-sets to cultivate sustainable positive changes in deeply held beliefs, core values and behaviours. Every Leader can achieve their potential by establishing their Identity & Purpose, through a strong set of enhanced Beliefs, Core Values, Strengths and Competencies to propel them.

In my personal capacity, am truly passionate about equipping young leaders by coaching, and developing them to discover their purpose, vision and talents in life.

I enjoy building meaningful relationships with good food & great company. Interests to fuel my life includes tennis, basketball, cycling, reading & music.  I am blessed to be married to Veronica, and we have 3 amazing children… Amber, Emma & Ian !!!
