As a senior consultant in organization development and a leadership coach, I provide leadership training and executive coaching across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Values, identity, and purpose are my passions, as well as understanding how values and beliefs can be so powerful in creating a life of full potential and impactful relationships.

I genuinely believe authentic leadership and entrepreneurship can combat challenges in complex global organizations faced with constant change.

I have a BA in economics from ULB Belgium and an MA in organizational and management development from Fielding Graduate University in CA. I am also a certified CTI professional co–active coach (ACC from ICF) and have extensive international experience from my 12 years working in Asia.

I live in the beautiful Atlantic coast of Portugal, with my family, and enjoy hiking, padel, the outdoors, and great meals with friends.
