I am a facilitator of collaboration and transformation, deeply committed to supporting individuals, teams and organizations in realizing their full potential, overcoming limiting beliefs and co–creating new possibilities in service to a more inclusive, sustainable and purpose–driven world.

This has been my calling and life’s work for the last 20 years and for that I am deeply grateful. My work spans the for profit, non–profit, government and education sectors with clients representing a broad spectrum from manufacturing to tech. My core competencies and areas of focus are leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, experiential learning and design, and team effectiveness.

I grew up in between the US and Egypt and currently live in Northern California with my husband, 2 daughters and 2 cats. I love making music, getting lost in new cities and hiking throughout the beautiful Bay Area. I am also deeply passionate about building community across lines of difference and helped to found an innovative purpose–driven community called Thrive East Bay.
