I have a passion for developing leaders and helping global companies strengthen their leadership. As a facilitator and coach, I bring structure, empathy, and positive energy to the table. My key drivers are achievement, experimentation, reflection, curiosity, and fun.

I hold an MBA from IMD (Switzerland) and an MA in engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (France). I also hold a certificate in coaching from the Tavistock Institute (UK) and I am certified with the Hogan Leadership assessment tools. Over the last 20 years I have worked in senior international HR positions at Philips and have held several commercial leadership roles at Ericsson, LogicaCMG and Silicon Hive.

I live in the Netherlands with my partner and our two daughters. My hobbies include sculpture, running, and traveling. I speak fluent English and French, as well as conversational Dutch.
