I have a passion for developing leaders and helping global companies strengthen their leadership and increase their positive impact, both on their organization and society.

I aim to help leaders become better, more mindful and inclusive leaders, and senior leadership teams to improve their capability to collaborate, lead and thrive in turbulent and complex times.

Core elements of my work include enhancing awareness, creating a safe space where heart-to-heart conversations can happen, and empowering people to make choices in order to successfully lead their personal transformation, the transformation of their teams and of their organization.

Before transitioning to coaching and facilitation more than 15 years ago, I have worked in senior international HR positions at Philips and have held several commercial leadership roles at Ericsson, LogicaCMG and Silicon Hive.

I am French and I live in the Netherlands with my partner and our two daughters. I speak fluent English and French, as well as conversational Dutch. I love being in nature and I organize nature retreats for small groups of leaders where I combine my passion for coaching and nature.
