I believe that people make the difference, and this is at the heart of all I do. My work focuses on developing the capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations to create lasting change for themselves and for our local and global communities.
For the past 20 years, my experience in this space has been wide-ranging, from design to delivery, group facilitation to 1:1 coaching, small education nonprofits to international agricultural companies, New York City to Nairobi. Though I’ve spent the large majority of this time working with adults, my first few professional years teaching middle school math and science have filled me with unending purpose and perspective.
Having spent significant time living and working abroad (primarily the Americas, Europe, Africa), I bring a global perspective on working with diverse groups in a connected world. My formal education includes an MBA from the University of Oxford and an executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University; my greatest learnings have simply been as a human moving through life.
I deeply enjoy: sunlight on my skin, the window seat, “just thinking of you” messages, belly laughs, a good flat white, exploring new places and appreciating old hunts with loved ones.
