I truly believe that Malaysia’s biggest strength is the diversity of our people. My aspiration is to help Malaysian leaders to harness their talent, skills and strengths to become more effective leaders in the workplace, to be more present in their interactions with friends and family members, and to be more caring citizens who contribute towards the growth of our country and the well–being of fellow Malaysians.
I take a practical, outcomes–oriented approach to my work in strategy consulting, implementation coaching and leadership development. My work covers capacity building, team effectiveness and efficiency, and leadership development.
I was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company, with almost 10 years experience serving clients in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and the Middle East. My functional expertise includes developing and delivering large–scale transformation programmes, socio–economic development planning and entrepreneur development.
Currently, I run my own consultancy focused on Economic Development, Cities Transformation and Leadership Growth. I work with leaders in the public and private sector to develop new ideas, align and prioritise strategies and prepare for effective implementation – while coaching their teams on a day–to–day basis.
I am Malaysian, and consider myself lucky to have grown up in different parts of the country. I enjoy exploring off–the–beaten path destinations in and outside of Malaysia together with my husband, who also shares my love for travel, architecture (especially heritage buildings) and good food. I speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, and basic Japanese.
