I am an advisor and a coach at the service of the process of transformation and growth that people and organizations of which they are part are facing. I facilitate the awareness and how to channel creative energy to generate a future where relationships are healthier, more productive and each one reaches its maximum potential.

This has been the focus of my entire career, for more than 20 years when I was part of organizations of the financial system, and nowadays as a consultant. 7 years ago, I started accompanying organizations from the food, pharmaceutical and financial sectors in cultural transformation processes, facilitating the growth and transformation of their leaders both personally and professionally. The conviction in what I do, and transparency and closeness in the interaction allow me to provide a space of openness and confidence where the process of growth and transformation are given in the best possible way. I am profoundly grateful for doing such a meaningful job.

I come from a family, where bonds and emotional support are important. I live in Santiago, Chile with my three children who are the impulse to give the best of me and challenge them to grow, developing their potentialities in an environment of affection, respect and acceptance.
