Over the last 20 years I have worked in strategic consulting, marketing and operations, leading international and diverse teams and with a deep knowledge of digital business models.

My passion for people development and talent management within the corporate world has turned into a professional challenge: changing organizations through people.

I became a Professional Certified Coach and a master in Change at INSEAD where I also benefited of a 2 years transformational journey at personal level.

Today I facilitate change journeys for individuals, teams and organisations in 7 different countries with special focus on diversity and multicultural challenges and digital transformations, facilitating the shift of mindsets and behaviors for the best impact on results.

I am the happy and grateful mum of Giorgio and wife of Luigi and I live between Milano and the countryside of Modena, in Italy.
