I am passionate in creating powerful impact and deep encounters with individuals, teams and groups leaving them wondering, questioning and reflecting on how to make their lives worthwhile and influence their surrounding.

Based on my clients’ feedback I come across as bold, daring and naming it as I see it with compassion and no judgment. I establish my grounds by co creating a space were leaders buy in the art of living with their imperfections thus being authentic and growing from there. And I enjoy getting permission from leaders to stretch them .

My focus is mostly on executive leadership programs, team essence dynamics, systems intelligence and deep communication that are usually under the scope of cultural transformation.

I am a father of 3 children living between Cairo and Madrid, travelled more than 60 cities around the world in the last 5 years. I overlook certifying coaches in Egypt accredited by the ICF. I am also passionate about parenting and empowering children. Proudly a founding board member of The Food Bank in Egypt aiming to eliminate hunger. Currently VP of the ICF Chapter in Egypt.
