The heart of my work is in designing and facilitating leadership development and transformational change programs. My main focus is on increasing trust, connection, and a sense of purpose, since that leads to increased performance and success for leaders, their teams, and their organizations.

I started my working life as training manager in an international IT company. I learned to use my commercial skills as a recruiter at KPMG Ebbinge. Then I moved to Heineken in to the area of Management Development first with responsibilities in the Dutch market, and later for the executive and talent population of Heineken International. This is where I deepened my knowledge about leadership development, and experienced the challenges of changing the organizational culture and organizational leadership style. Since 2007, I focus fully on developing and executing talent and leadership development programs and on my work as a facilitator of organizational transformation in several companies and industries.
I hold a degree in communication from the University of Groningen (1996). I am a certified coach, De Baak (2003). I am certified for several 360º development tools, a certified facilitator of transformation, Gita Bellin, and I am trained in using constellations for transformational change.
I live with my partner Jaap and our three children in Abcoude. Motherhood fills me with pride and happiness and is a good life teacher for me. I love dancing, meditation, and travelling with my family.
