I bring the study of psychology – human mind and behavior – into my work with leaders and teams. I decided at age 19 that I wanted to ‘help people be less stressed’.
That youthful passion and purpose has kept me going for more than 25 years, to coach, counsel and facilitate people in becoming more self–aware, in developing their multiple intelligences and to be more connected with their colleagues and family.
In 2003, I further realized the need for mental and emotional resilience in our youths, leaders and families. I wrote “Break to Dawn” on how to bounce back from failures, mistakes, betrayal, loss and illness.
I am a proud and grateful Singaporean. I have four children and my husband works in McKinsey Perth. My two sons are in National Service now and it is my pleasure to pick them up from camp when I can. I like to read, dance and sing.
