As a Transformation Consultant, Facilitator and Coach with 15 years of broad international business exposure in Europe, the Middle East and South Asia, I work with individuals, teams and organisations focusing on growing leaders, achieving goals and creating environments that embrace change by building trust, increasing transparency and creating alignment.

I am guided the by the principles of curiosity, containment, creativity, and courage.

As the daughter of a diplomat I have lived in many countries and hold close to my heart the sense of global community and connectivity. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with underprivileged children and women in Pakistan.   

I live in the UK and have two children entering their teens and that’s quite a transformational journey too!
